Our Pet Policy

AION allows residents to have dogs, cats, and service animals. All animals must be housebroken. No breeding is allowed. Breed restrictions apply (e.g., German Shepherds, Akitas, Chow mixes, American Bulldogs, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, wolf-dog hybrids, Pit Bull terriers, Presa Canario, and similar breeds or mixes over 50%). Pet fees: $50/month for the first pet and $25/month for the second pet. Maximum of 2 pets per unit.
